I can’t say that I was extremely happy with the service because I was misdiagnosed with heartburn when actually I needed my gallbladder out. But putting that aside, I am very disappointed in their billing department. During these times when one family member is not working and you pay the hospital bill at least 100 a month on time regularly and after four months they send you to collections because it’s not enough for them. you explain to them the situation that you’re not only have this bill but you have all the other physician and urgent care bills and they don’t care. They want you to pay a monthly payment that is about the amount of a car payment. I told her this was not feasible at this time and they told me to go get a bank loan.Because of this and how they come across with their greediness I probably will be switching hospital systems from now on. I would think during this time that they would be happy that her people are trying to pay their bills.
