This place only wants your $. They do not care about you at all, and they tell alot of lies. Proceed with caution here.

This place is a joke I went there for a few months my therapist was good. She left and they were supposed to get me in with someone else. I have been calling since April to get in no return calls no appointment bo nothing. I was very suicidal and was not well. They seem to have dismissed my care for no reason it is so unprofessional and a wounder they havent been shut down for neglect on patient care.

Was told on the phone that I would get a diagnosis for my mental illnesses. I didn't. I asked if I could do a telehealth visit because it's a drive away. They told me they wouldn't do telehealth, then made me drive there to sit down and do a video chat. Thank you for the waste of 2 hours and gas đź’–

It’s like walking into a haunted house with a maze of shower curtains… after u finish an encyclopedias worth of new patient paperwork …. your doctor isn’t physically there… instead you sit in the corner of a room in front of a dusty computer screen and talk to a doctor that is in Miami living his best life…. While someone, that doesn’t introduce their self, sits in the other corner behind another shower curtain typing or doing god knows what… not mental health therapeutic….If you need to talk to someone in between your appointments, probably not going to happen… receptionist is as helpful as a splinter in your eyeball and acts as it patients are an inconvenience. At most you will get cold transferred to a Med tech voicemail that wont call you back… on the 4th time you call she won’t be able to actually help you and is only another hard stop between actual communication with the provider. In my case, this individual talked to me as if I was not an educated person, acted as if me asking if my provider could send my script to another pharmacy that has my Med in stock was… well she said “he’s not going to just send your script to a bunch of different pharmacies. You need to call and see which one has it in stock”… and assumed I had not already done so. You will feel judged in every aspect of your visit… from the time u enter the maze of shower curtains, to the time they escort you to a back room and drug test you without explaining why ( and it’s sad to think how many people would just comply and not know the questions to ask), to the point you talk to a dr about intimate stuff that just seems like they are checking boxes rather than providing quality health care. Good luck.

The absolute WORST doctors office and doctor I’ve ever been seen by. For a maybe 10 minute appointment AT MOST, you were lucky to get out of there in 3 hours. This is due to them “double booking” appointments. They would schedule a 15 min appointment, but could bill insurance for a full appointment. So extremely for profit. To the point of being sickening. And the total disregard for their patients well being should be criminal.

I was supposed to be scheduled 2 weeks out but was scheduled for 4 and things went very badly in that time. No way to get through to anybody but they will treat you like a child. I told them I wasn't coming back and they won't stop blowing up my phone. Do not go here, it is dangerous.

Sent here for an evaluation and forced into relapse prevention without an addiction did absolutely nothing for me other than increase my stress level to the point that it affected my physical health causing me to go septic from strep and almost die requiring surgery I will never forget them even if I could I would always have the reminder of the loss of sensation in part of my face and large scar going down my neck to remind me of the name of the person who's responsible for the idiotic diagnosis that I can only assume was actually done so they could push for unnecessary treatment and collect the check

I was a patient here for a little over 6 years, they were treating me for my mental disorders that I struggle with daily and just a couple months ago they took 170 dollars for my appointment and then later that day called and said I’m no longer a patient there and just took my money and ran. I highly recommend if you have mental disorders to go somewhere else for treatment this place does not care about you at all!

Inpatient or Residential Mental Health Treatment
Inpatient Mental Health | Mental Health
Inpatient or residential mental health treatment. Inpatient treatment is the most intensive level of treatment, offering 24-hour care in a secure unit of a treatment facility or hospital. Residential treatment is a step down from inpatient treatment. While there is structure and some monitoring to treatment, the big difference between residential and inpatient treatment involves the setting in which it is carried out. While inpatient treatment is typically carried out in a treatment facility or hospital, residential treatment is usually carried out in more of a home-like environment.
