This clinic could care less about the veteran. The people here just go through the motions. If you're gonna have poor service And make the veterans wait an hour after the appointment time maybe this facility should just be closed down.

The staff at this clinic just goes through the motions. You will end up doing the work that they should be doing. Pass the buck is the name of the game. Save yourself some frustration and look elsewhere for your own health.

Dr Brown is the best VA doc I’ve had in the past 10 years. She’s kind and very helpful. I appreciate her confidence. And I don’t know what kind of magic is happening in this little clinic but, the nurses actually want to do their job! And gasp!!! I never wait more than 20 min! Whatever is happening here... the other VA practices need to copy!

Very brief and rude. Unorganized and not knowing information on my file's which they ask me about from years ago. I wish they did a better job for everyone and maintained a professional attitude.

The clinic is privitized by the VA to another healthcare company; I understand that it is the last one in the state to be so. The doctor turnover is frequent. Mostly they are Physicians Assistants or Nurse Practioners. In the past my care was all I could ask for, however it currently is the worse it could possibly be. Getting them to respond to secure messages in a timely fashion is impossible. I gave up and transferred to primary care at the West Palm Beach Hospital.
