How is it that firing 200 employees during a “pandemic” when the same people who you fired worked tirelessly when the covid vaccine didn’t exist. So now that you fired workers for no good reason, which is pathetic. I had to sit down it’s my child at your hospital for 4 hours as he cried and cried. While the nurses were telling me there are open rooms and they don’t understand why none of us waiting are going back there into a room. Well maybe it’s because now you don’t have enough staff to help the People who need help. You’re political move has ruined your hospital and I’ll be sure to make sure people who need medical attention go else where because clearly following a mandate (not a law) was more important to you then the people you swore to help.

If I could give them a zero I would. DR. Wu of the emergency room was absolutely disrespectful and you could tell she had no clue what she was doing. She even rejected medication to other people while I was there

The staff at the check in window where emergency is ARE MISERABLE AND RUDE. I asked a simple question and got attitued. If you dont like your job then leave. Dont take it out on people who are seeking help. Im sure I'll be in this waiting room for HOURS as usual.

Had occasion to need the ER last night, my leg was swollen (due to an accident a week earlier). Arrived at 8pm, was seen at 8:20, treated with care and compassion. The facility itself looks a bit worse for wear, but the staff was all top notch. Very professional, good communication and solid medicine. Not that I look forward to another visit, but should it be needed I would not hesitate to go there.

I came in with a cyst on the back of my neck. I was seen promptly. The e.t.r staff was very nice and took great care of me. My cyst was cut open and drained. I was given clear instructions on how to cook care for it upon leaving. I d I'd return 2 days later not feeling well due to the cyst. Again received the same great care as my first visit .

Was admitted for a week due to a bad stomach bug/infection, and the nursing staff and doctors were the sweetest. They were able to accomodate and assist me while I was at my worst and helped comfort me and calm my mental health. The rooms were spacious, with more than enough room for me with access to a private bathroom and television. I didn't have to wait long if I needed assistance through the call button.

I went into the ER Saturday the 10th for difficulty breathing and a very bad cough from COVID. After a few hours and seeing the doctor once, I was told it was normal symptoms, given an ineffective cough medicine and sent home. I have been literally coughing my lungs out for the past 3 days. I called my PCP who checked the x-rays the ER took and found that I have pneumonia and was never told! How do you not tell someone that can barely breath and constantly coughing they don't have pneumonia??!!! Luckily my PCP picked it up and prescribed a medicine that actual works. This place is a joke! If I did something even remotely close to misdiagnosing a patient in severe need, I would have been fired and sued.

Awful. Waited 4 and half hours. Was passing blood guess it wasnt too big a deal. Had to sit in those comfortable chairs. I left I couldn't take it. Go somewhere else if you need help because you aren't gonna get it here. Got into triage quick but after that forget about that. There were 6 others in the waiting area and after 4 hours 1 person was able to go in the back. People from other states say Massachusetts has best medical care maybe so but with emergency rooms.

Future nurses, don't work for this place! Hospital management does not protect you or hold their unsafe employees responsible for their actions. I am a RN that was yelled at, cursed at, and threatened by a patient care assistant, simply for delegating necessary patient care tasks to her. I properly followed up with management, and nothing was done about it. JUST BEWARE! It's all about having the warm body there to do the work, who cares about employee safety?! I regret being hired by this company. I love my nurses, and the hard work we do everyday to make sure our patients are well taken care of. We don't deserve that kind of treatment. If it does happen, we deserve to be supported by our employer through the right decision to address unsafe working conditions to make us feel secure in our workplace environment.

Inpatient or Residential Mental Health Treatment
Inpatient Mental Health | Mental Health
Inpatient or residential mental health treatment. Inpatient treatment is the most intensive level of treatment, offering 24-hour care in a secure unit of a treatment facility or hospital. Residential treatment is a step down from inpatient treatment. While there is structure and some monitoring to treatment, the big difference between residential and inpatient treatment involves the setting in which it is carried out. While inpatient treatment is typically carried out in a treatment facility or hospital, residential treatment is usually carried out in more of a home-like environment.
