Great experience with the behavioral health unit. Majority of the staff was welcoming and attentive. Other patients helped make it a great experience as well. Structured environment with optional activities that allow for individuals to work their own process. Thanks again to all staff!

It’s not great, the staff is nice and all but I feel like it just wasn’t enough y’know? They’re probably understaffed which I understand but I still have severe ✨depression and ptsd✨.

Run from this place!! DO NOT even try to get adequate care here!!!!! The lady that is supposed to answer the phone is the worst at providing customer service. If you can't answer every one of her questions with the answer that she wants she hangs up on you. (I had a referral to here by my Texas Health affiliated Primary Care Provider, so the answer to most of the questions she had should have already been in my patient file.) When you try to call back she just picks up the phone then hangs it up intentionally denying you health care. (Why not let an actual medical professional decide if care can be provided. One medical professional thought it could be, the referral serving as evidence.) If you have any issues don't bother contacting the corporate office asking to speak with a manager or supervisor to address your concerns or for their license number to file a complaint with the state of Texas. They will refuse to give you the license number issued to them by the state of Texas, which is a violation of state law.

Very unprofessional. Scheduled an evaluation which took two hours just to tell us oh well we don't have any beds go to the emergency room. Not sure why the ppl scheduling appointments aren't aware of the center's capacity.

I thought there were parts of the group that were nice.. the Chaplin awesome!! I enjoyed the art therapy..Group therapy was definitely challenging.. I found myself having to use my Xanax more. I don't like the fact the licensed SW or councilors don't run group consistently..He popped in for family day and maybe an afternoon session .I don't want to pay that kind of money and receive the counselor in training. This is differently not dor me, this program left me feeling worse.

Inpatient or Residential Mental Health Treatment

Inpatient or residential mental health treatment. Inpatient treatment is the most intensive level of treatment, offering 24-hour care in a secure unit of a treatment facility or hospital. Residential treatment is a step down from inpatient treatment. While there is structure and some monitoring to treatment, the big difference between residential and inpatient treatment involves the setting in which it is carried out. While inpatient treatment is typically carried out in a treatment facility or hospital, residential treatment is usually carried out in more of a home-like environment.
