Honestly, the staff and doctors are amazing, they even got a guy who never misses a stick on blood draws. The one star review is because it is ABSOLUTE HELL trying to get in contact with ANYONE at this office. You’ll stay on hold forever for just the front desk, then they can only let your primary care team know you’re trying to contact them, and refuse to give extensions. Then if you miss that call, you’ll have to do it all again. God forbid you try to get ahold of your own team, none of the nurses take messages, so you’re directed to the VA hotline where you’ll wait even longer on hold and MAYBE they put you in contact with the right person. The whole process needs to be reworked ASAP.
VA clinic , when you call to set for an appointment it takes so long for them to answer and then when finally someone answered, the transferred you to someone else and wait another 30 minutes for that person to finally response, then that person would tell you that he will transfer you to someone specialized to what you needed, then after that no one bother to say how long the approximate wait. The another at very least 30 minutes or longer for someone speak to you and seem no one cares. Basically they will give you a run around like they don't want to do their job.I don't know what it is? I hope someone would actually pay attention and change their way to handle these situation. We are in the new generation with new technology to speed up the process!!
It’s not the office that’s a problem, it’s the fact that there is no direct line to the office. So if your doctor called you and you missed the call, you would have to call the call center and they would leave a message with the doctor and you would pray you answer the next time or it’s going to be a never ending cycle. It’s annoying and beyond frustrating.
