Agreeing with last two previous reviewers. The front desk person is far from professional. Really is an unwelcoming environment to wait in at the office and I dread having to call to ask a question or confirm an appointment. UPDATE: Would love a receptionist who was patient, actively listened and wasn’t rude. Never fails. I dread calling this office.
The Doctor I saw and nurse that took care of me were both awesome. The receptionist lacks the ability to communicate with patients in an a timely manner. I have called several times leaving messages to call me back about a glucometer that was suppose to have been ordered a month ago and has not been delivered yet. No one returns my calls. This is a very busy place and perhaps they have too many patients to properly service. I am to the point that I will not recommend this office for care to friends or relatives.
The receptionist, Debbie, is just as rude and unprofessional and cannot handle the patients and snaps at you when you come to the front desk! Doctor Colleran is great but I won’t put up w a snotty unprofessional front desk person who obviously hates her job!
This isn’t about the doctor but the front office. The receptionist needs to have good interpersonal skills. This is my 2nd time I have encountered absolutely no sense of cheer . why take up such a job where you are expected to smile and greet , rather than bicker on the phone dealing with household chores. A smile can go a long way
