Predatory admissions department. Especially with Maria. This woman was told multiple times the program was not a right fit for our child. She steam rolled and called the facility to do an unauthorized interview anyway. She upset the child and set her mental health back. Maria was condescending, flippant and extremely dismissive. She also spoke to my husband like he was "less than" because we wanted an in network provider due to high costs of residential programs. They only do max of 6 weeks and they don't specialize in bpd. I would love to get litigation involved but hopefully this review will steer people away!
This place has literally saved my life three times. 24 hour mental health crisis facility. Clean, good groups, friendly staff. Up to 14 days of intense treatment. GO TO THE GROUPS AND PARTICIPATE! I have yet to meet a staff member I don't like, but my favorites are Christy and Katelynn (sp?) Dee is great too. Just go. If you're thinking of going out referring a friend, just call them.
The staff here are very professional as well as kind to all residents. They have been Observant of COVID 19 safety protocol... Also the mulberry center has not closed its doors for even one day during the pandemic, which speaks to there level of commitment to the clients they care for... If your ever in need of a safe place to work through life's tough times. Rosecrance mulberry center is my recommendation
The staff was excellent and helpful through my entire stay, This facility really does change lives for the better and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone who is genuinely interested in getting help and is willing to put in the work to get where they want to be. 5/5 stars
