RoseCrance was an amazing place to help me get better. The staff were always super nice and respectful. The only problem I had was the staff had to follow a book to try to help us with our problems. A few times we would do stuff off the book and it would always effect my group and I in a way more positive way.

I went to the crance about a year and a half ago, and I think it was one of the biggest learning experiences in my entire life. At the time I was there, I didn’t want to be, but now that I look back at it, I honestly wish I could rewind the time. I was in the Eagles unit, and we did so many fun activities with our staff members. I highly recommend sending your kid here for substance abuse or mental health issues. You will not regret it.

Every other facility/residential I have been to has been either lackluster or very very bad. This place is actually helpful and has amazing staff and higher ups. Amazing food, amazing support systems, groups were actually relevant and helpful, and residents treated each other like family. This was the best place I have ever been to. If I could go back, I would, I still need help. This place wasn't just tolerable but actually fun and enjoyable. If your child needs help, do everything in your power to send them here, this place is amazing and very helpful. I regret getting kicked out. Mrs. Freeze, Mrs. H, and Mr. Macintosh are very good staff that I enjoyed working with. They showed me lots of love and care. I went to this place twice. I had my sixteenth birthday here, and it actually was somewhat enjoyable. If I could have the emails of Mr. Mac, Mrs. Freeze, and Mrs. H, It would mean a lot to me.

It's my son's second time there. He's a minor. It's every parent's worse nightmare is that your child would need rehab. Therapist Renee is good as is unit manager. Psychiatrist keeps you informed. Admission process is a little long and I recommend they make it more efficient, since it's already a stressful time for both patient and parent. Billing department a bit aggressive. Got a call at 7am and 7:30 am another morning. A little much in my opinion. However, they are willing to work with you on what u can afford to pay and have been fair so far. The facility is very nice and my son says food is good.

Inpatient or Residential Mental Health Treatment

Inpatient or residential mental health treatment. Inpatient treatment is the most intensive level of treatment, offering 24-hour care in a secure unit of a treatment facility or hospital. Residential treatment is a step down from inpatient treatment. While there is structure and some monitoring to treatment, the big difference between residential and inpatient treatment involves the setting in which it is carried out. While inpatient treatment is typically carried out in a treatment facility or hospital, residential treatment is usually carried out in more of a home-like environment.
