Update 11 MAY 21 No change. Still get to play robo roulette and I am getting billed for a procedure I was referred to "the community". This entire system is one big frustration and really burns me as I reflect upon why I gave my body up for this country in the first place. Odd, I see so many positive comments about availability, getting in, world class care. It's from young people like me yet I don't know any of them. In any case, My experiences seem to be the complete opposite of a lot of what i am reading here. An average 4 star rating? Makes me wonder if this is akin to ballot stuffing. I don't wish to breed negativity but I've tried on and off for the better part of 10 years now to make recommendations for improvement on behalf of the service member and nothing i've recommended has been taken seriously. Nothing I've heard others recommend has been taken seriously. This is very odd that Google gives the impression that this is some sort of state of the art world class customer service ala carte bubble spa new age medical treatment center or something. I'm even trying to find the silver lining to this operation. Oh well, I pray that my experiences are mine alone. They are bad at best.
My experience has been nothing but positive so far. Nor have I heard anyone else who has had a negative one. Most people working here go above and beyond to care for veterans and take pride in doing so. Really impressed. I think the best VA hospital in the country!
Superior vaccination service!! This Team is pulling extra hours to administer Pfizer vaccine to their eligible & available patients. They called me to inform me they're ready & my appointment wasn't needed - FEDERAL AGENCY working efficiently & effectively on this Federal Holiday, Presidents' Day! From entry, follow their little blue flags - plenty of staff & volunteers to make things speed along!
