I finally started the process a few month back of signing up with the VA after getting out in 93. So far very impressed!! Called in about enrollment and was done over phone riight off(that call)..Made intial appointment on phone at n/e clinic.. check in and staff was great!! Have had a few appointments for misc at main VA on Indian school.. all great, on time and professional!! Hopefully all holds true in the future... personally I am one that served in combat zone and feel honored to have benefits..... I also know many never saw combat zones and feel entitled to all... so I dont believe all bad reviews...

This is the most unprofessional and worst VA clinic I have ever been to. If you want to be judged and ignored you will fit right in. Not sure how some of these people still have jobs and allowed to treat Veterans this way.

Cant say that Im very impressed with this location. Stopped in and found that everything in the front office is "automated" and the so-called assistants behind the 1/2" thick glass don't even give a damn to acknowledge you even the littlest. Went outside and called where I was informed there was an error in trying to obtain my records and that a nurse would need to call. After an hour of waiting around outside the clinic I returned home where I sat still expecting to get a call to no avail, on top of that they informed me I may have to go to a minute clinic anyway and when I asked if it would just be faster to go there the response was they have to authorize that. Tell me again what good any of you VA "healthcare" clinics are if you cant even treat us, are all of you a complete waste of time and tax money because it's really looking that way. Edit: Id like to add that this location has the least amount of foot traffic so it's not like it's an overcrowded location like Carl T. or the Southeast location so how do you paycheck collectors not have better service?

Some of the staff is great. The major downfall is not having times available for working veterans. Hours are between 8-4 there is no time for veterans like myself who work full time to see doctors. Have a late night clinic once a month where you are open till 6 pm. Not all veterans are retired and I can't afford to miss work.
