Staff and Dr. Anderson were caring and professional. I'd give it a 5 star review except for one person. Mary, the nurse, seemed to have an issue with me. I watched her greet all the men very sweetly. When my husband was called back, she gave me a glare and looked me up and down. No greeting. In the exam room, she said that here are the case managers for your oncology as she handed him a post it note. I told her that we already had an oncologist. She snapped at me and said "those are the case managers". I asked my husband if I heard and responded correctly. He said that I did. He said that he also noticed the attitude she gave me. It's ironic because my husband goes there via VA but I'm also a veteran. I'm wondering if she treats women vets this way. She definitely needs to apply to work at the VA because she's an ideal candidate. I expect this treatment from VA but not a contractor that also treats civilians.
I have seen many different doctors throughout the years, because it is so hard to find a good doctor. I will never have to search again! Dr. JP is wonderful! When he walked in and shook my hand, we were off to a good start. He genuinely cares. He's never in a rush. He takes his time and is very thorough. He makes me feel very comfortable. And just knowing that he actually cares is very heartwarming. I have finally found my doctor. All the staff there is very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. That is always a plus. Thank y'all for such amazing costumer service!!
This place is a joke. Waited 7 months for a referral the dr. Ordered. The staff is incompetent and completely unwilling to communicate with you as a concerned patient needing treatment. Dr. Bishop is a nice man but he’s gone now. After dr. Baldwin left it all went to hell. Hard to find a good dr. much less a decent staff. What a shame. It’s like pulling teeth to get the results in writing for a simple Tb test. Just ridiculous!
