Mississippi VA hospital and clinic was a total waist of money. As large as the state is, it has a hospital in the states capital. The staff phone operators and receptionist doesn't listen and transfer calls to the wrong people every single time I have called. No one seems to know anything outside of their job discription because they don't know enough of their own job. The VA clinics send apoinments through the mail with wrong return phone numbers and everything. So if a older person or someone that doesn't know any better would try to cancel a appointment, they will call a number that doesn't even exist. In the Military, sailors can't be messing up like people in the civilian life at all. Children or no children, you don't do your job it's time to go. Who be letting these people to continue to keep their job and screw up continuously multiple times a day everyday? Every time I call I never get the write people and get hung up on during a call transfer 👎👎👎👎👎
VA Medical Center is Jackson Ms employ's supervisors in certain areas that care nothing about their employees especially when they are out sick. A special friend (Tosha Wiley) recently was out very sick. She kept getting text and emails from her supervisor asking when will she be returning back to work. Remind you, Tosha was in the hospital when she received the text/emails. She was out so long and eventually was donated leave time that she never got paid for. I eventually reached out to the Union Reps on her behalf, but it was too late. It stressed her out and eventually she passed away on Aug 26, 2021. I will never forget how they treated her doing that time. One can imagine how the Veterans are treated ?
