Denver Human Services – Family Crisis Center

Was told that my identification would only take about a week and a half to process so that I can get TANF benefits. You know the benefits for people who are having an emergency financial disaster?! It's borderline absurd how long I have been waiting. Every time I call, I get a sarcastic attitude.

Zero stars, been trying to get my and turned back on since the beginning of December, I've been lied to by multiple employees about the status and what needed to be done , it's been two months and 8 hrs on the phone of lies and excuses. In December it was oh we're just backlogged, to oh your paperwork wasn't filed right to oh we haven't received anything to you need a new med 9 now. I'd like a manager to call me I've asked that the past few times I called. I'd like to not get evicted just cause y'all can't figure things out.

Had a couple issues, but due to the over-the-top effort of Carla Douglas Lovett, I was able to get those kinks sorted out in the best and most efficient way possible. Cannot thank her enough for my help. Wonderful person.

Inpatient or residential mental health treatment. Inpatient treatment is the most intensive level of treatment, offering 24-hour care in a secure unit of a treatment facility or hospital. Residential treatment is a step down from inpatient treatment. While there is structure and some monitoring to treatment, the big difference between residential and inpatient treatment involves the setting in which it is carried out. While inpatient treatment is typically carried out in a treatment facility or hospital, residential treatment is usually carried out in more of a home-like environment.
