I don't even know what to make of this place - it's mostly a hot mess. The doctors there are only after a paycheck, the lobby looks look it was built back in the '70s (even after the renovation!), and it makes no sense there's never a case worker to answer the phone. They're ALWAYS in a meeting! But my two stars are for the Genoa Pharmacy. The nurses & pharmacists there are so polite and they even hand out snacks at holiday time.
My daughter and I are being "helped" by DPCS. She is currently at a residential facility and soon to be home. I dont hear anything from anyone until its time for a meeting or they need something signed. There has been no preparation for her to come home knowing that she needs extensive services in place. They are really nice face to face but to me its like out of sight out of mind.
