Terrible communication from this establishment. No phone call or updates to immediate family member. After 5 days of being admitted, I received a call from a social worker about discharge. Dr. refuse to speak with me, even though I'm the only immediate family who take care of the patient needs. And who made the patient get help. Also apparently nobody is skillfully knowledgeable to be observate when a patient is masking their symptoms. As long as I have been dealing with this terrible mental health system we have here in Ohio, I never had a Dr. refuse to speak with the person who takes care of the patient. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Worst place I had ever been in. No dr that I ever saw. No therapy. I got up in morning...ate 3 meals (which were awful...I lost weight) and watched tv. Thats it!! And they had one shower that everybody had to share!! I got nothing from my visit there. I think I left more depressed then when I got there!!

I tried for 3 days to get help the First Lady I talked to at night was so nice and willing to stay on the phone for as long as I needed the 2 days after I got ran in circles with no help in the end putting me on hold constantly transferring my calls to people who did not answer. I just found and got the help I needed. Not from here tho.

The place has good workers but they can be overstressed and are understaffed, some of us patients helped when we could. Food could of been better but was edible and healthy. Cafeteria on weekends usually messed up the orders but I was only there 1 weekend. My favorite nurses were Amber, Miss Toni, Miss Sheila and Brandy. Anne the therapist was so awesome. There are more people there that are just as wonderful I can't remember all their names but they helped me a lot. At first I was ready to complain but it got better as I got better.

Okay, I told the staff in adult psych on 05/06/2021 to look on Google for the review because gotta be a Karen and say something ????❤️ So this is for you and the people throughout that week. I came in after a suicide attempt. I was Terrified! My anxiety was really bad and I couldn’t even leave my room for the first two days. All the noises from some of the patients and people seeing things really freaked me out. Over time the staff eased me out. I started crying and one of the guys (I can’t remember his name :( ) was doing rounds around 10 pm and caught me. He asked me to go for a walk so I did. While doing this I noticed the people were actually really nice. Patients and staff! He got busy and I tucked myself in a corner by the nurse desk. One of the nurses told me to move away because there was someone coming in and honestly kinda irked me because I was obviously uncomfortable to move but now I understand that some patients have no boundaries. I met a group I’d be okay sticking with and moved on. Over the next day or so I was out and about joking with everyone and being my bubbly self again. On my last day the staff really seemed proud of me and it made me feel ready to come home! Thank you guys so much for everything!

I took part in the outpatient program here, and the team has been so welcoming. They made it easy to come in every day, and give so much support. I can't even find the words to express my gratitude to everyone here. But to Latoya, Dave, and Monica, thank you so much!

Latoya, Monica, and Dave are all super supportive and helpful. They will go above and beyond to get you the help you need and will always provide in anyway they can. When you finish the actual partial treatment, you then have the option to go into out patient care and still attend. The support and love these people is true and real. You can tell they really do care about you and your wellbeing.

Inpatient or Residential Mental Health Treatment

Inpatient or residential mental health treatment. Inpatient treatment is the most intensive level of treatment, offering 24-hour care in a secure unit of a treatment facility or hospital. Residential treatment is a step down from inpatient treatment. While there is structure and some monitoring to treatment, the big difference between residential and inpatient treatment involves the setting in which it is carried out. While inpatient treatment is typically carried out in a treatment facility or hospital, residential treatment is usually carried out in more of a home-like environment.
